Welcome!

Dear family, friends, and supporters of your 2015 Guatemala medical mission team,

We are ready to Go!--to serve our Savior, in meeting physical, material, and spiritual needs in Castillo Fuerte, Guatemala City, and Jocotenango, Guatemala.  Mt. 28:19-20; Acts 1:8.

And we are so Thankful for all of you!

You are Sending 14 of us (plus one honorary team member), with 28 large suitcases (in addition to our personal luggage) filled with medications, medical supplies and equipment, mission bracelets, devotions in Spanish, hygiene kits, soccer balls (with Scripture in Spanish on them), coloring books, wooden toy cars, crocheted angels, pillow-case-dresses for girls, and beautiful quilts for families.  Ph. 1:3-5.

Without the team members, prayers, funding and support from Faith, Good News, Our Redeemer, St. Therese, Resurrection, Embrace, St. Johns, Shalom, King of Glory, and MOST Ministries, this trip would not be possible.  More than one team member has said, "My church has been 'awesome' in supporting me on this trip!"  MOST Ministries has also done a stellar job in logistical support. There are numerous other organizations and individuals that deserve our thanks.  Please know that we appreciate all of your contributions and are so grateful.

For many years our honorary team member has crocheted angels to give to the people coming to our clinic (often from long distances).  Although she is unable to travel with us, we feel her presence in every smile, hug, and thank you we receive, and the occasional tear we see, from those who realize that God's love and care for them are real.  Thank you Rhonda Z!

Please continue to pray for us.  We hope to continue to write to you, but it may be sporadic, depending on internet access and conditions in the field.

Blessings!

Your 2015 Guatemala Mission Team
